DECORATING FOR ADVENT

The Floral Committee plans to decorate the church for the Advent season this Sunday, November 20th immediately following the worship service.

Anyone willing to help is invited to stay

ADVENT DINNERS

Advent Dinners are scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 11th.

If anyone would like to host a dinner, please contact Ashley at the church office

Children's Choir Christmas Musical

On Sunday evening, Dec. 11th, at 7:00 p.m.

(immediately following Advent Dinners),

the MBC Children's Choir will present their

Christmas Musical, AWAY IN A MANGER.

 

Missions Mailbox

MBC Mission Kids will be hosting their annual Missions Mailbox beginning November 27th

(next Sunday) through December 25th.

If you would like to "mail" a Christmas card to someone in our congregation, the cost is only $0.25 per card.

 

Children's offering envelopes are available in the foyer, if you would like to have your children participate in the act of giving.

 

Children's Ministry is still collecting all types of bottle caps,

old magazines and plastic bags.

You can drop off with Meredith or Ashley.

BUDDY BACKPACK MINISTRY

This year we are collecting "nab crackers" [either cheese with cheese or cheese with peanut butter].

Bring items to church during the week and leave with Ashley or place in the Buddy Backpack tub.
