Appalachian Christmas Outreach

We have 24 backpacks to fill by Christmas, so we would like to collect items each month to fill the bags.

For the month of AUGUST, we are collecting 

Gloves, Winter Hats, Winter Socks and Scarfs

Please deliver to the church office during the week or place in the basket provided in the narthex on Sunday mornings.

Harnett Food Pantry

Collecting for August - - Canned Corn

Egg cartons are also appreciated.

You may also make a monetary donation to Memorial Baptist Church and put ‘Food Pantry’ on the memo line.

Campbell University Street Fair

August 23, 2022

6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Volunteers are needed for the following:

*  set up MBC booth (before event begins)

* greet CU students, hand out water and treats at the MBC booth (during     event)

(A sign up sheet will be available for 30 minute time slots to work church booth)

*tear down MBC booth (after event)

* donate treats to hand out to students (MBC will provide water bottles)
